At Blocktancy, we provide customized marketing and promotional services for businesses, startups, and Web3 projects. Because our services involve strategy development, manual execution, and third-party placements, our refund policy is structured as follows.

1. No Refunds After Work Has Started

Once a project has been initiated, all payments are non-refundable.

Work is considered started when any of the following occurs:

  • Campaign strategy or planning has begun

  • Content creation or marketing materials have been produced

  • Outreach, promotion, or posting activities have started

  • Influencer, community, or advertising campaigns have been initiated

  • Any deliverable has been prepared or provided

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and allocated resources, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

2. Pre-Service Refunds

If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be considered. However:

  • Transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted

  • Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Blocktancy

3. Service Modifications

If a client requests changes after a campaign has begun, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the strategy or deliverables where possible.

However, such changes do not qualify for a refund.

4. Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to the client failing to provide required materials, approvals, or communication:

  • The campaign timeline may be extended

  • Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by the client

5. Third-Party Platforms

Many services involve third-party platforms such as social media networks, advertising systems, or external communities.

Blocktancy is not responsible for refunds due to:

  • Platform policy changes

  • Account suspensions

  • Algorithm changes

  • Market conditions or Web3 token performance

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after services have started.

If a chargeback is initiated after services have begun:

  • The project may be immediately terminated

  • Evidence of service delivery may be submitted to the payment processor
